Range Session
There are two ways for you to register for the Phase 2 range session to complete your training.
#1 Register for a scheduled Phase 2 range session in one of the cities below.

#2 Join a regularly scheduled live class at one of our 25 locations for the range session at the end of class.
First, find a live class near you on our Minnesota class calendar.

There is no charge for the Phase 2 range session. It is included in your registration fee. There may be a separate range fee charged by the range when you arrive. If you don't have your own handgun, you may rent one including ammunition from the instructor. At the range session you will receive a Minnesota Proof of Training certificate. You will bring that certificate to your sheriff to apply for your Permit to Carry. Wisconsin residents may apply in person at any sheriff's office in Minnesota.
Notice: You may reschedule your range session up to 5 times. After that, your registration will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
YOU MUST BRING YOUR PRINTED MINNESOTA GUN CLASS PHASE 1 PROOF OF COMPLETION DOCUMENT (OR ITS PDF ON YOUR PHONE) TO THE RANGE SESSION OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SHOOT.
